Location is my favorite. Feels tucked away from the city but is still convenient. I love the older characteristics and its charming appeal. The sunroom and side porch are my favorite. And let's not forget the woodsy views. The yard is large and the shed is such a bonus. The basement/garage is spacious and convenient with the automatic garage door opener. The updated flooring throughout and original woodwork give it a cozy updated feel.
