Have added many new updates to this home Including, new roof ,(2009) new driveway (2008) have completely restored one flat roof over solarium (2009) all new electrical wall switch's and plug outlets, replaced fuse box's in basement with new 200amp circuit breaker box, new roof on garage (2007) storage in top of garage has been added with wiring and light's along with easy access to storage with ceiling pull down stairs, retaining wall added when widening driveway and more to come ! Front entry walk has been completed to front of home but more to take place here. I suppose I should say before I go any farther that I have done all the work on this home myself as I use to build for a living and will continue to restore this one till it is back to it's original beauty ! On the far left of the House the outer wood siding has been replaced with HardieBoard which is what is going to be replacing all wood siding on the entire home along with wrapping the corner's and new double Payne windows along with all new yellow pine wood trim (soffit ,fascia ,top band board) etc.. the two half or fake post on this side are new also (no not's) . Hard to find yellow pine nowadays . Haven't did much inside since I would like to get the outside wrapped up first and it's tight . City of Dayton has forced my hand in making me put a coat of paint on this this home which to me was a waste of $1,000,00 in a way since I will be tearing off all the old siding .When ? I hope soon . Still have to make the gutter liners for the gutters on all flat roofs and the main roof of the home as they will also be replaced. I am having to Install the hand railing's on the two end flat roof's this yr. as my Insurance co. has put in their request for that which I new it was code to begin with sort of pushed me in this area too ! I would love to be able to find and trans plant a money tree in the back yard some where . Oh as will be needed also some point and tuck work also . One other thing for now new block glass windows in the basement too . Four of the smaller size and one HUGE ONE under the kitchen window in the back probably 4'x6' .
