The apartment has brand new premium floors and fresh paint throughout (1 year ago now). The living room is huge, the master suite is one of the largest I've personally seen, the kitchen offers lots of countertop space as well as plenty of room for a dinner table. There are 2 new air conditioners that keep the place very comfortable even on the hottest of days( 1 year old now). This apartment is 1 of three units in a house that has been converted into a multi-family dwelling. So, although you're in an apartment you only have 2 immediate neighbors and approximately double the square for of most 2br apts. One of your neighbors is actually on the complete opposite side of the structure ,so it's honestly like only having 1 immediate neighbor. The front door faces the large back yard that is fenced, and so, the property is very quiet and very private. There is also a security system if you want to use it and have extra means of security in your abscence. I am looking for a resident that will be mindful, presents them themselves professionally, and understands that treating their home with respect is imparative. Home is being shown by appointment only between 9am and 6pm. Requirements include proof of income, rental references, and approved credit. Move-in cost are first month, last month, and deposit. 6 month lease. Utilities are not included. Must provide proof of income and references.
