This home was built in 1880 and replaced the original home which burned. The original abstract goes back to the 1820's as part of land grant . The home has beautiful, original wood flooring and staircase. The bedrooms are large and there are fireplaces in each as well as in the dining and living room. There are centuries old oak trees and 100+ feet bulkheaded on the St. Johns River with a dock. This is truly a unique home which we absolutely adore.
