The Renter agrees to pay for all water and electric utility bills. At the time of lease signing, the first month's rent and last month's rent are due in full. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed inside the house with a pet fee included in the monthly rent. Large dogs are welcome on the property but must remain outside. The Renter also agrees to maintain the property and comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the lease agreement.
