SHORT TERM RENTAL SEASONAL 3 MONTHS. STARTING March THRU May 28th 2021.May. Please do not ask if we will rent summer months. My family uses it from May 28 thru September 31.Home on water with beautiful views and glorious sunsets. Two bedrooms (The one bedroom with two beds is a big porch converted to bedroom ) one bath. Common Shared dock that you can fish crab or just relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. Large deck and screened in gazebo (not useable during winter months. This is a seasonal winter rental only. We rent Seasonal from Oct 1 Thru May. Please do not ask if we will rent summer months. My family uses it from May 28 thru September 31. PLEASE NOTE. CAZEBO IS WINTERIZED DO TO HIGH WINDS. WILL BE UP BY MID APRIL OR SOONER DEPENDING UPON WEATHER. Occupancy 4 Adults. Each person needs to be on Lease. No Parties/events or large groups allowed. (This is a Association property and Dock and water are shared with neighbors so guest must also be kept to a minimum of 2.) Unfortunately this is a association rule since our septic/water system will not be able to handle more then 4 people total. Utilities are included up to $300 per month which included electric, internet, propane cable tv. Any additional cost for utilities will be deducted from security deposit. There is a Pellet stove in family room that heats almost 100% of the house. If Used this will keep propane cost way down so you should not have any problem staying within the $300 limit. Pets may be allowed with extra security deposit Up to landlords discretion Please note: credit checks and backgrounds for interested applicants are required before excepting lease and showing of property. No smoking inside home.
