About the neighborhood, it is located in Pen Park, a great place for graduate students, medical students/residents, etc. Having owned it for 6 years now, I can tell you that is is very quiet and peaceful, and a great place to study or relax. Close proximity to everything also, especially by car (5-7 min drive to UVa grounds, downtown, Barrack's, Fashion Square mall). About me, I am a female graduate student at UVa.
