Outside patio makes for a great place to just hang out. Downstairs has a half bath perfect for when you have friends over. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with a full bath including a tub shower. Upstairs hallway has storage. Downstairs has a small utility room that includes a combo washer/dryer and the complex also has a laundry room for when you have lots of laundry. Renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, water, electricity. Lease duration 1 year minimum. No smoking allowed. 2 cat sis okay. Street parking only. All appliances and kitchen were installed 3 years ago. Washer/dryer is a combo set, which is one appliance that washes and then dries.
