The bedrooms have large built-in closets and extra storage can be found in the living room and hall. Extra on-site storage may be available for another $20/month. Security deposits are equal to one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. At least half of the deposit is due when you sign the lease. Cats allowed with an extra $200 refundable deposit per cat.
