This home has had recent renovations to parts of the home and has all new windows and siding. The house features hardwood floors through out and old school charm. The house has lots of natural lighting. It does have a large bathroom on the main floor and a smaller full bath in the second story. There is a 1 car detached garage behind the house. We do have an application process, our leases are 12 months long, tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is also responsible for the mowing/snow removal for the property. The owner does require 1st/last/sec deposit at lease signing. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN OUR RENTAL UNITS Lease term is 12 months. After 12 months it does default to month to month lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities as well as lawn care and snow removal. We do not allow pets in our rental units.
