Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is situated on top of a mountain and has the most amazing views. There is almost nowhere else in the Smokies that has a view like this. There is central heat and air and a fireplace. There is an indoor pool and hot tubs as well as an outdoor heated pool. My family has enjoyed this condo for many years and although it is spacious, our family has outgrown it. 95% of our Condo has been renovated. There is new flooring, paint, and lighting as well as a new heat and air unit, hot water heater, refrigerator, dishwasher, and new elongated dual flush toilets, bathroom vanities, and sinks plus much more. With the exception of the dining table and chairs, our condo will be completely furnished. Pots, pans, dishes, bedroom sets, couch, rugs, flat screen TV's, etc. will all stay. The HOA fees include water, trash, cable tv, internet, firewood, and the general upkeep of all facilities, such as the pools, hot tubs, and playground. Also, the condo is only a few minutes drive to many hiking trails, canoeing spots, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, and much more. We wouldn't consider selling our little piece of paradise here in the smokies if it wasn't for our family growing so much in the past couple years.
