The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it's your first time in the area. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. At least one guest must be 23 years or older. Proof of age will be required at check-in. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
