There is plenty of down wood on the property that is available for the renter to cut up and use for the woodstove. This cabin comes furnished . Cookware / dishes are stocked in the kitchen. Towels and bed linens will be provided if needed. Potential renter will need to be comfortable living in a rural environment in the winter months . Snow removal is the renters responsibility. Starlink internet, electricity , and water is included in the rent amount. There is no trash service so trash must be taken to the dump. Owners do not live onsite , but are close by if needed . There is no smoking allowed inside the buildings. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis and would need to be approved by landlord with a separate pet fee associated.
