There is also 1 assigned parking space on the private parking lot. We are looking for one professional person to rent for the entire time the condo is available. 3 people are permitted to stay in the condo. Tenant will pay all utilities except WiFi & trash. Tenants will pay all utilities except WiFi and trash disposal. Utilities tenant will pay are electric & water. No pets or smoking permitted. One parking spot on private parking lot.
