The home is equipped with central heating and cooling with common areas furnished. The house is tucked into a nicer neighborhood and located near to public transportation, only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and 1 mile to the max station. The house location is central to get anywhere needed using public transportation. If you own a vehicle, there is free parking in the driveway or street right in front of the house. The house is about 1,700 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The room available has a large window facing the front yard, is the closest room to the bathroom and has a standard closet. You'll have access to the whole house, which includes a large common area living room with a large couch and tv, dining room with a table and chairs, downstairs laundry room where you can do laundry at your convenience, a 2-car garage for storage and a full-stocked kitchen. The house is equipped with fast wi-fi, has a decent-sized backyard with a newer deck (half of which is covered), and more. The house has a washer and dryer available for your use (no charge). The current tenants/roommates (3 total) currently are in their late 20s and early 30s, all have full-time jobs and all have been living there for a year or more. They are all very respectful of others space and possessions, they keep the house and environment very clean, and each of them keep to themselves often (independent), but also enjoys making good conversation with others. They lean on the introverted side, don't drink or smoke, and are a pleasure to live with. Utilities charges are paid each month by tenants, which are all split amongst all, keeping the price fairly low per month for you. Please respond if you're interested.
