The dedicated parking space off the ally is just steps from your private gate and has a motion light to make access to your home easy at all times. The unit includes a dedicated 5'x10' storage unit. The garden is filled with an eclectic mix of edibles, drought tolerant succulents and flowering perennials. The fruiting varieties include fig, orange and banana. The abundance of mature plantings provides shade and privacy. We love animals and welcome your furry friends under 35 pounds.
