I try not to be a "cheap" landlord, I care about this house and keep it in excellent comfortable condition for my tenants. Google fiber internet included. Renter responsible for other utilities. All dogs and cats allowed. The home has a large dog-door so your pet(s) will love it! Renter responsible for lawn care and gardening, some moderate upkeep is expected. Any other issues just text me and I usually take care of it.
