It's fully equipped for your temporary stay, with linens and kitchen basics. 15 minutes away from both Baptist Hospitals makes a great stay for medical treatments. The swimming pool is steps away from the terrace, so it's easy to supervise older children from home. It fits 7 people comfortably. WiFi and utilities included. Two of the bedrooms have desks for working from home or doing homework. No stairs, no elevators, just park you car and get home. 2 parking spaces, unassigned. Look at the pictures, it was just redecorated; everything is brand new, not even one year of use. It's located very close to Florida's Turnpike, and to The Palms at Town and Country shopping mall. The best rental feature of this apartment is that it can be rented short term! If you need a place to stay in between two homes, this is your place to stay! If you are remodeling and don't know exactly how long you will need the apartment for, this is your place to stay! I'm flexible and willing to accommodate your needs!
