I have made several contacts and requests showing updated pictures of Exterior and interior of my home. Still No one even my insurance Company will take knowledge of the updates and improvements. Except of course the City and County Taxes. The House actually sits on two lots. From Huson Drive down to Orchard. If you need help one needs to tell the City and county South Huson Dr. Otherwise they'll say the house is in Fircrest. The house was remodeled by J & H Construction in 2008. New energy efficient Low E windows, New steel doors. Gas Water heater,Furnace and heat pump(Air Conditioning) The water heater was recently replaced because of a defect. All new Appliances (Black with Stainless steel facing) new molding and carpeting. The upstairs has Hardwood floors. cover with new carpeting installed by Another company. Kitchen is (Vinyl) The inside was also completely painted. The Kitchen cabinets and bathroom were new in 2003.The only thing that will be needing replacement soon is the roof. It is 19 years old. I plan to be selling soon. My Children are now out the the home and it is to big for one person.
