I am looking for a renter to share this wonderful home with. Please see the description below. Single renter would have their own private bedroom with an en suite private bathroom on the main floor of the home. Renter would be responsible for their own bedroom furnishings. The house has the below living spaces that would be shared. The shared living spaces, if applicable, come furnished. -Kitchen -Dining Room -Formal Living Room -Den Area-renter can use as office if applicable -1/2 Bathroom for guests -Downstairs living area -Dedicated room for storage -Washer/Dryer -Fenced in front and back yard with covered porch -1 Garage Parking spot with additional spots for guests in back of house -Dog door. I will have my dog Pepper with me on most weekends. She is very sweet and if approves, would welcome another furry friend. (Dog only) The monthly rate of $2200 includes all utilities . -Heating/Cooling -Internet -Electricity -Water -Suer -Trash
