Close to major highways/ I-95 and the turnpike. Short distance to FLL/Mia airports, the beach and Adventura Mall. Also pretty close to lots of eateries/grocery stores and nearby laundromats. Ok- Full Disclosure! Much like previous guests, I'm sure you'll like it. No one bothers you here if you stick to the simple rules of engagement to include NO smoking/drugs/No Drama. This is a furnished unit with private entrance. Ideal for ONE person only. Preferably someone always on the go or works off-site. NOT someone that's a full Time worker from home. Again this is a residential listing where I occupy part of the dwelling. This isn't a hotel or commercial housing. Come with an open mind and be respectful. The unit is reasonably priced so please be considerate and avoid waste or excessive use of the utilities. The space includes a kitchenette equipped with Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, kettle and hair blower. Very cozy, not too big but well equipped and very private with no one to bother you. One parking spot is allocated to you and ideally it's for a mid-size or smaller vehicle. So if you're looking for something for a short/long term, this is it. A unit that won't break the bank. Otherwise if you're thinking of a Ritz Carlton/Hilton, look elsewhere lol. Parking is kinda tight at the moment but One space is allocated to you. Ideally for a mid-size vehicle. Difficult to accomodate larger trucks/SUVs.
