For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. A $500 fine applies for parties or events.
