ASU is within biking distance, and downtown Phoenix is only a short drive away. For transparency, there are a couple downsides: - The west wall of the casita is thin, and sound travels through it very easily. The "property-mates" are quiet & respectful but late-night noises could wake you up. - The outdoor washer & dryer will have to be shared by everyone on the property.
