It has a tub, tile surround and shower doors. -New ceiling fans -Shared deck with one other apartment -Laundry room -Swimming pool -One car assigned parking We welcome one or two neutered cats. We will accept one small to medium-sized ADULT neutered dog of most non-aggressive, non-baying breeds for an additional $50 per month. The security deposit is $1,500. Only non-smokers, please, and renter's insurance is required. This is a month-to-month rental, but we guarantee not to raise your rent for at least a year and it will probably be for a lot longer than that. This is a non-smoking complex and we require renter's insurance. We pay water, garbage and sewer. We charge $50/month for your adult neutered dog, but nothing for one or two neutered cats or caged pets such as hamsters.
