Here is an older home that is currently used as a hunting shack/cabin. The property is being sold "AS IS". The old home could still be used as a cabin/hunting shack and fixed up a bit by a new owner. The old home sits on a property with some great higher and drier timber along the south side of the creek that runs through it.
