Hello! We're looking for a new roommate to fill the master bedroom in our 3B 2B apartment in outer sunset! The apartment has beautiful natural light with a large common area, walking distance from the beach and GGP!! We're 2 young women who work full time looking for another woman between 22-30 interested in living here long term :) We prefer to have someone with a consistent work schedule that doesn't work from home often. With our busy schedules we try our best to keep up with regular household chores and we're looking for someone willing to contribute that values a tidy well-kept space. We're both friendly and love to hang out together after work or on days off but we respect each others individual space and value alone time. Utilities ~$70 - 80 water each ~ $17 each WiFi ~ $70-80 PGE each (gas and electric) but actively working on lowering the rate ABOUT US: N(23) 5th year living in SF, busy work schedule as biologist often on work trips or fun trips!! loves the outdoors, volleyball, water sports, reading, and appreciates a warm, stable, and predictable home life to be able to handle the other things life throws my direction! O(22) 1st year living in sf, I moved here for work last October so I'm still settling in! I work full time at sf zoo and like to spend my days off going to the climbing gym, exploring the city, or resting at home and housekeeping :) Just a few more of our personal preferences: -non-smoker (cigs) -No long term overnight guests, kept to a minimum (just be respectful, your partner doesn't live here) -Keep tidy -No free roaming pets (dog, cat, etc.) -Down for open communication and conversation -We need new living room furniture so if u have any, that's a PLUS!!
