Abundant closet space offers ample storage for active lifestyles. Through the wall A/C and a ceiling fan in the bedroom keeps the space comfortable in the summer months. The building offers several amenities including additional on site storage, an outdoor enclosed area for summer grilling, and on-site laundry. There are five off street parking spaces that are available for lease with sixteen apartments in the building. The remaining parking is on street.
