Fenced in back yard, private pool & New outdoor grill! We also own and rent several oceanfront 2BR/2BA condos (2) in South Myrtle Beach and another 2BR/2BA house, sleeps 8 in Garden City Beach, SC. Some are open Oct. - Dec. 2022 Only. Monthly rentals from Oct. - Dec. only. Weekly Sat - Sat vacation rentals from April through September. We also have 2BR/2BA condos: Monthly rate for 2BR/2BA rental home is: $2000/month rent plus $2000 refundable security deposit, & valid drivers license to owner, & completed application to owner.
