There is a full bathroom directly across the hallway for my tenant's use. The room has its own entrance from an outside patio. I offer full kitchen and laundry privileges, and all utilities are provided. The potential tenant must know that this is a lively, multilingual household. I am an enthusiastic piano and chamber music aficionado. Approximately once a month I host a salon concert in my home where a few dozen guests attend to applaud international performing artists. These guests may use that same hallway bathroom that I am offering my tenant. This is a month-to-month rental, paid in advance. There is a one-month security deposit to be paid before move-in. Please provide a current credit report and background check report. No pets please. All utilities are provided. Tenant must have a secure, regular source of verifiable income. This is a LONG-TERM (more than one year) rental only!
