Street parking is available and the apartment is also 1 block from Parnassus parking garage. Short walk to Cole Valley and Inner Sunset restaurants. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Available March 15th, $1,500. The lease is on a month-to-month basis. Roommate 1: (28M) Working for the state government regulating utilities. Works from home often but is in the office a fair amount as well. Will usually be out at night (both weekdays and weekends) seeing friends or exercising. Likes running, hiking, playing guitar, and going to concerts! Roommate 2: (26M) PhD student at UCSF studying neuroscience. Outdoorsy and often hiking, backpacking, or skiing around northern California. Works in the lab most days, occasionally works from home. Ideally, you'd be a clean, tidy third roommate who's fun to hang out with and LGBT friendly, but also respects privacy and is happy to do their own thing. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but sometimes you may hear noise from the street (Hugo St). Lease is month-to-month. Utility costs include electric and gas (no garbage fee) and are standard (about $120 a month individually). Internet fee is about $25 a month. We also have a housekeeper who comes in, costs about $35 a month on average.
