Tenants pay utilities, small dogs/cats are allowed for an additional security deposit and increased monthly rent. Length of lease can be negotiated from six months to a year. We have a strict non smoking policy. Rent is due on the first of every month and late on the seventh day which incurs a $50 late fee. We have many payment options available.
