We relocated to Bend this summer and needed a place to stay while we transitioned into finding a house to buy. Scott and Dina were so accommodating and helpful finalizing our dates and getting everything ready for us. Plus when we arrived at the house at 2 AM in the morning we found that they had stocked the fridge and cupboards for us so that we didn't have to go out and find breakfast after arriving so late. And that was just the beginning, they have truly paid attention to every little detail in order to make our stay with them perfect. We have stayed at their house for 2 1/2 months and would like to say that not only are they amazing hosts but also very kind, generous and loving people that care. The house is centrally located with easy walking, biking and driving access to shops, restaurants, trails and all sorts of fun activities. We have had the most amazing summer staying at their place. We highly recommend their house as the perfect place to stay while you are here in Bend, trust us, you won't be disappointed! The house is available through May 13th, 2026 (so for almost seven months). $500 extra pet deposit and $150 extra a month. A one-time cleaning fee of $350. We use a private lease agreement, which we will share with qualified applicants. Fully furnished and includes all utilities, garbage, WiFi, TV services, etc. A great deal for the heart of the west side. We have another house available soon, near the end of September.
