I am moving home and I need a female student to sublease my room for the spring semester. There are two other girls in the house and they are currently seniors and communications majors. The rent is $300 a month and bills are around $100 a month. It is in walking distance to campus, right off of University St. It would be ideal if someone could move in before the semester starts.
