PROPERTY DETAILS We have 2 units coming open in August at a location known as "The Columns" on South Ross Street between Magnolia Ave and Thach Ave. Each of the buildings are single story duplexes, so you will not have any upstairs neighbors. Each unit has 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath, and both of the bedrooms in each unit are large enough for a queen sized bed, or even a king. The units all have large windows to let in plenty of light. This unit does have central heat and air. The location is about 3 blocks east of campus, just a few minutes walk to the Library, Haley Center, Samford Hall, or even the Stadium. SPECIALS $150 off your security deposit for tenants who are Grad students or college grads. $100 off your security deposit for tenants who are an undergrad with a 3.5 Cumulative GPA or better. POLICIES We want good tenants, so we screen hard, and want our tenants to be interested in academics first and being a good neighbor second. We don't rent to ANY freshmen, our sophomores must be honor students, scholarship winners, something like that. That means your neighbors will be Juniors, Seniors, and Grad students, plus college grad professionals just working in the area. We have quiet hours in our leases, and we enforce it. The quiet hours would start after 9 on the weekdays, and after 11 on the weekends.
