Moved from Mont Belvieu, TX in 1980s. We've lived in this house since 1996. Not remodeled, just sturdy structure has withstood hurricane force winds without damage. The land where the house sets, is 28ft above the bay level. Then it slopes down to the water's edge. Land & house have never flooded. Beautiful southern views over the water. Outstanding sunrises, also.
