All Electric central heat and air (installed with remodel) and newer kitchen appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher - that stay with home). Covered Porch on front of house. If power is lost due to winter weather, we have always gotten our power back on within minutes. Located within walking distance of local grocery store and local banks as well as only 1 mile from Cave City Schools. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Walking distance to local park. Local parades can be seen from back yard (or within walking distance if you want to be next to the action – either way you can avoid the traffic) and the local fireworks show that is put on at the park can easily be seen from the back yard (again avoiding traffic). It has been a wonderful home for us the last 4 years!
