This is a great room in Tempe near Southern and Mill. It has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, private entry, and is a master bedroom. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom with a relaxed vibe. All of the other tenants are males that already have their bachelor's degrees and are working or in the PhD program at ASU. There are two living rooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a backyard with extra storage space and a pool, etc. Also, the landlord is fantastic. He promptly fixes things and is very reachable/ kind. The current tenant will be leaving in late Feb so need someone to carry over the lease starting in March!
