My one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet building with only 15 units, and it has a nice patio overlooking the complex's pool (as pictured in the first photo). Plus, it's in the best area in Charlotte with so many amazing places within walking distance. For South End, this is one of the best apartments you can find in terms of price and quality. I wish I could stay, but I received a great opportunity in another city and have to sign over my lease. It runs through April of next year, so it will be a standard year-long lease. Move-in date is flexible!
