Included in rent is wifi/electricity/gas/garbage, a meal plan/kitchen with essential ingredients, furniture for your room upon request, and (limited) free parking. One of our available rooms for immediate move-in has a large closet! The 2021-22 contract period is underway, but you can sign now and only pay for the remainder of the contract period monthly until the contract ends in August. Contract releases are an option, however you are typically required to pay three month's of rent upon contract release. Bower has a small exception which will apply for temporary summer housing, message to inquire about this.
