This place isn't another big-box complex. It's a former single-family home built in 1881, with an ADU added in the 1950s. It still carries that single-family feel people are after, all while being a short walk to bars, restaurants, downtown, and plenty of cultural spots. I'm just a Denverite who grew up here and saw the chance to turn a rundown property into something that feels like home.
