Two rooms for rent in my three bedroom two point five bathroom town home in Oak Knoll Townhomes. This community is located just north of Fowler Ave. on 56th street - only 1 mile from USF!! Townhome is less than 500 ft from Hart Line Bus stop. Currently, one tenant rents out the master bedroom, his name is Jeremy. The other two rooms are available for rent to any sex, any orientation. One room is available NOW and the other will be available Dec. 1st. Tenants in either of these two rooms will share the upstairs full bathroom with each other. In the event that both of these rooms are rented at the same time and tenants are sharing the bathroom, I will have a cleaning service come at the end of each month and clean the upstairs full bathroom, along with the downstairs half bathroom. I know that nobody likes to clean the bathroom, and even less to clean up after someone they may not know well. I wouldn't want to clean up a bathroom after someone I am not close to, so I wouldn't expect any tenant of mine to do so either. So, with a full house (3 tenants) end of the month shared bathroom cleaning services are on me! Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. However, I do not have enough furniture to fully furnish both rooms at the same time, so first come fist serve. I do have two beds though, one queen and one full, so each room can have a bed at the same time if need be. Furniture can be removed if you have your own. Rent per month is charged per room; $500/mo everything included! This is a great deal, this house is beautiful! I lived there for a long time (8years) myself and redecorated it very nicely and kept it very clean!! The whole house is furnished with a kitchen table, kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, flat top stove and oven), indoor washer/dryer, leather living room sectional, leather over sided lounge chair with ottoman, 55 inch flat screen TV and all other odds and ends. Jeremy does have two small dogs of his own (both weigh less than 12lbs), so you must be pet friendly and not have any pets of your own. Sorry no more pets allowed.
