We hope you enjoy your stay. In the winter, you are about a 3 min walk to to the ski slopes. During the summer months, you can enjoy 2 outdoor pools, playgrounds, golf and tennis. Tennis, pool and playground are in easy walking distance, as well as ponds to fish in or stroll around. Cozy up in front of the log burning fireplace with a book, game, puzzle or movie. The space Linens included! The big screen TV runs a ROKU device and you can log into your Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, or any other streaming service you might subscribe to. Amazon video is connected. DVD and blue ray player is also connected and we have a good variety of movies and books. Wifi is fast and strong, so no problems using your wireless devices. There is a carpeted ladder that leads up to an unfurnished loft area with an older television with DVD and VHS player. In the 2nd bedroom the bottom bunk is the double bed, top bunk is a twin, and then there is an additional single bed, up to 4 can sleep in the 2nd bedroom. MBR has a queen that sleeps 2. The couch folds out for 2 more if needed. Four total beds, in addition to the sleeper sofa. Can sleep 8 people total. Please help yourself to the espresso maker, but bring your own espresso beans. We do provide a coffee grinder, coffee maker and coffee grounds, cream and sugar are usually available in the pantry :) . Condo is located just off the 11th green of the golf course, so its easy to walk over and refuel the cooler if needed. Many unique restaurants & activities are within short driving distances. There is free unlimited firewood for the wood burning fireplace and it's just steps from the front door! We also have a good assortment of DVD's, books and VHS tapes for you to enjoy! We tried to leave everything we (and you) will need to have a fun trip to the mountains. Wifi is fast and strong, so no problems using your wireless devices. Speed was as 80 Mbps last time I tested it, streaming multiple videos has not been a problem. No smoking. No pets. No parties.
