I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Aspen Heights San Antonio! The rent is $629 a month and I'm offering to PAY $200 of August rent. Utilities are separate and are split among the roommates in the house. The lease is from AUG 1ST 2017-July 31st 2018. I am currently in a four bedroom house (the red house in the picture). I occupy the largest room in the house (13x17) which is furnished with a private bathroom and washer and dryer right across the hall way. I live with two other girls who go to UTSA at the moment. It is student living but you do not have to be a student to live here.
