These WW2 Storage bunkers are steel reinforced concrete structures with 29 x 62-ft. rectangular floors and a semicircular ceiling measuring 12 ft. high at the center. The 1600 lb. steel blast door is airtight and watertight and measures 4 ft. wide x 8 ft. tall. This opening could be enlarged, and the door replaced with a steel rollup door to accommodate vehicles. They don't have bathrooms, but Zillow won't take zero in their form. Each bunker has two air vents open to the atmosphere during normal storage one in the door for air intake and one in the elevated stack for air exhaust. This natural thermal air circulation means the air is always fresh inside and never smells like a musty basement. As an added benefit, the earth-covered concrete structure maintains a constant temperature of 60-70 degrees inside with no need for heating or cooling. The entire arch is covered with membrane waterproofing under at least 2 ft. of earth fill on the very top and 8 ft. -20 ft. of earth fill on the sides. A final 4" layer of gravel layer stabilizes the fill. The extra smooth concrete floor slopes slightly from centerline toward 12" wide gutters on each side of the floor. The gutters channel to plugged drains leading to the exterior. All other concrete surfaces have a smooth finish. Each bunker is also equipped with a lightning arrestor system that together with the soil and concrete will protect the contents from an EMP. Type A and B lightning rods are connected by terminal clamps to a corresponding #0 copper arch cables spaced approximately 20 ft. apart. Each arch cable is in turn bronze-welded to a #4 copper ground-wire system running the length of the structure. The ground-wire also connects to each footing-bar and doorframe which is equipped with a copper seal. Do not miss out on this rare opportunity.
