Please excuse the mess as we are packing and trying to move. This home is the perfect opportunity for a young couple or one person. It is peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood. Lot rent a month is $225 if you pay by the first of the month. You must pass an application check with the land owners which is Ernst Seeds. It needs a little TLC but will work great for the perfect person. Willing to negotiate and very open to offers. Please contact me by email ONLY: rebeccabrown1108@gmail.com
