With a huge, fully fenced yard, it is also ideal for your furry friend. This is a furnished rental with a 30-day minimum. All utilities and internet are included with a mid-term rental contract. For 12-month contracts, (= long- term rentals) we can offer it furnished or unfurnished, however, electric and propane are the tenant's responsibility, and the rent will be reduced to $5695 to compensate. The security deposit for 12-month contracts is also increased, and is equal to one month's rent. We allow 1 large pet or 2 small pets with a refundable pet deposit. No smoking allowed.
