This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! Pricing fluctuates and actual price may vary from listed price. Rental Terms & Policies Inclusions & Requirements Monthly Cleaning: One cleaning per 30 days is required. Cleaning fee is included in the listed price (varies per property). Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay.
