The tiny home is fully furnished with 1 bedroom; 1 bath, full kitchen, small dining area and comfortable living room. We have a full size outdoor covered carport with outside seating. The home includes a full size washer/dryer, queen size luxury mattress, All utilities, water, electric, wifi, Fire stick TV and top of line water filtration system. We are located minutes from Palm Harbor, less than 10 miles from the Tarpon springs sponge docks and 25 mins from Tampa international airport. Easy access to Clearwater and top beaches. Silver Dollar has a lot of wonderful amenities including a large heated pool, 2 clubhouses on premise that offers a full service bar, entertainment and restaurant. Three 9 hole golf courses(for a fee), Pro shop on premise, trap shooting range, fishing, walking and golf cart trails and lots of extra activities weekly. Our home is available to be rented on a weekly or monthly basis. (No smoking) and background check required for longer stays. Thank you! All utilities included, $25 non refundable back ground check required. $250 deposit due at signing. $75 pet deposit. No cats. No smoking. We can also offer short rental options or month to month options. Lawn care is covered but tenant is responsible for keep outside carport area clean.
