What the owner loves about this home
What we have loved most about this home is how peaceful it feels. Aquila Loop is a quiet no-through street, so the only people here are residents and their guests — it’s wonderfully calm and private.
One of our favourite parts of the day has always been sitting on the front porch with a coffee in the morning, looking out over the water. The pond attracts so much wildlife — birds, turtles, deer, and even the occasional gator — and it’s a beautiful, relaxing way to start the day.
We also love how easy it is to enjoy everything Celebration has to offer. The walk into town is just right — around 20 minutes along scenic trails — enough to feel like good exercise, but still easy for dinner, drinks, or a stroll. Celebration itself is beautifully kept, safe, and has such a lovely atmosphere.
The neighbours here have also been fantastic. It’s a genuinely friendly, social street where people look out for each other, which has made living here even more special.
This has been a wonderful family home for us, and we’ve truly loved our time here.
