Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Other room will potentially be rented to someone of the same gender. One room is larger than the other and includes a desk. Kitchen is shared with myself and other potential roommate. Downstairs you will have access to an infrared sauna, cold plunge, massage chair, washer and dryer with permission. We also have a nice sized deck in the back which you are free to use! This is a month to month contract. I am very flexible with people moving in and out as needed. Max of 3 months, may renew if I feel like we mesh well.
